Joe is one of the most accomplished franchise operators in the United States. He joined Smoothie King when it had 39 locations and scaled it to over 1,400 — ultimately selling to a South Korean master franchisee. He has served as CEO across iconic brands including Mrs. Fields, TCBY, Smalls Sliders, Painting with a Twist, and Color Me Mine. Starting his career as a franchise attorney, Joe brings the rare combination of legal rigor and operational execution that franchise systems demand.

Steve is the prototype HiON franchisee — and living proof of concept. A 30-year veteran of multi-unit restaurant operations, Steve manages 150+ locations across six brands and holds extensive commercial real estate. He is HiON's first multi-unit franchisee, already deploying at properties he owns. His first site: Parker, CO at I-25/Orchard. Steve's participation validates the thesis that elite multi-unit operators see HiON as the franchise model they've been waiting for.
